ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, skin removed, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2–3 tbsp Sriracha (adjust for spice level)
  • 1–2 tbsp milk (to thin)

directions

  1. 1 Season the salmon fillets with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, honey, and olive oil.
  2. 2 Mix the seasonings well to ensure the salmon is evenly coated.
  3. 3 Rice the carrots and cucumbers.
  4. 4 In a bowl, combine warm water, rice vinegar, salt, and sugar for the veggies.
  5. 5 Prepare sriracha mayo if you don't have any.
  6. 6 Steam the edamame.
  7. 7 Assemble the bowl with rice, salmon bites, riced veggies, avocado, edamame, and sriracha mayo.
