  • 1 box white OR yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp almond extract
  • 2 Tbsp poppyseeds

directions

  1. 1 Add all ingredients, except poppyseeds to a mixing bowl.
  2. 2 Mix 30 seconds on low, then 2 minutes on medium speed, adding poppyseeds for the last 30 seconds, scraping the bowl as needed.
  3. 3 Pour batter into a well-greased Bundt pan
  4. 4 Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick/skewer comes out clean.
