ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • ¾ cup Cadbury Mini Eggs, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white cake mix

frosting

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼–½ cup Cadbury Mini Eggs,
  • crushed or halved

directions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F, grease a Bundt pan, & roughly chop Cadbury Mini Eggs and toss with 1 tablespoon cake mix.
  2. 2 Mix all cake ingredients except the cadbury eggs, on low 30 seconds, then medium 2 minutes.
  3. 3 Gently fold the coated Cadbury eggs into the batter. Do not overmix.
  4. 4 Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 350°F for 40-45 min or until wooden skewer comes out clean.
  5. 5 Turn cake onto wire rack after letting it sit for 3-5 minutes.
  6. 6 Cool completely before frosting.
  7. 7 Beat cream cheese and butter until combined, add vanilla, mix.
  8. 8 Sift powdered sugar and beat for at least 3-5 minutes.
  9. 9 Pipe frosting using a ziplock bag or a disposable piping bag with the tip cut off to get that Nothing Bundt Cake look! Top with crushed or halved Cadbury Mini Eggs.
