  1. 1 Heat the air fryer to 400°F. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with 1-2 tablespoons olive oil and the salt until well coated.
  2. 2 Place the sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. 3 Sprinkle the sliced garlic over the sprouts and air fry another 3 to 4 minutes, until the sprouts are crispy and the garlic is golden brown.
  4. 4 While the sprouts cook, make the glaze. Simmer the balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat until thick and syrupy, 2 to 3 minutes. Watch closely so it does not burn.
  5. 5 Remove from heat and whisk in the 2 tablespoons olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6 Transfer the crispy sprouts to a serving platter and drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top. Serve right away.
