BBQ Tri-Tip that’s fall-apart tender, full of flavor, and no grill required. Perfect for Father’s Day or any Sunday dinner!

  • 2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (Kinder's and Stubbs)

  1. 1 Rub that tri-tip down with Montreal steak seasoning.
  2. 2 Drizzle with your fav BBQ sauce
  3. 3 Wrap it up in a foil packet
  4. 4 Bake low and slow: 275°F for 4 hours.
  5. 5 Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing
  6. 6 👉 Slicing Tip: Tri-tip has a unique grain — it changes direction about halfway through. Slice each section against the grain into thin, juicy slices for the most tender bite.
