I use this marinade on everything, but it really shines on grilled chicken. It’s citrusy, savory, and comes together with 3 simple ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic lime seasoning
  • 2 chicken breasts

  1. 1 Line a pan for easy cleanup.
  2. 2 Trim the chicken breasts.
  3. 3 Butterfly the chicken breasts.
  4. 4 Marinate the chicken in orange juice, avocado oil, and garlic lime seasoning for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
  5. 5 Preheat the grill by turning all three burners on high heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. 6 Place the marinated chicken on the grill and close the lid.
  7. 7 Turn the heat down to medium.
  8. 8 Cook the chicken breasts for 7 minutes on each side.
  9. 9 After cooking, place the chicken in a foil packet and seal it up.
  10. 10 Let the chicken sit for 5 minutes before serving.
