Get all the ooey gooey campfire flavor—without smelling like smoke for three days 😎 These Golden Graham S’mores Bars are the ultimate no-bake summer treat, perfect for movie nights, potlucks, or when it’s too hot to turn on the oven.

ingredients

  • 8 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 5 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1-2 cup additional mini marshmallows (fold approx. 1½ in and put the other ½ on top)

directions

  1. 1 Butter a 13x9” pan and measure cereal into a large bowl.
  2. 2 In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine 5 cups marshmallows, chocolate chips, corn syrup, and butter. Microwave on high 2 to 3½ minutes, stirring every minute until smooth.
  3. 3 Stir in vanilla, pour over cereal, and toss to coat.
  4. 4 Fold in 1½ cups mini marshmallows, then press mixture into pan.
  5. 5 Let stand uncovered for 1 hour (or refrigerate if you like them firmer). Cut into bars and enjoy!
  6. 6 🍫 For a full cookie sheet, double everything!
