Stay tuned for what we’re doing with the rest of that turkey. 🐔🤙🏼

total time 56 min
servings 4-6 servings

ingredients

  • ✨Want to start your week off on the right foot? Let’s make one batch of ground turkey and turn it into three easy meals. Whether you’re cooking for one, two or 7 just adjust the amount of ground turkey you cook up. ~2 lbs is a good amount for 1-2 people for the week of meals. If you like extra protein double it!

directions

  1. 1 Brown 1 lb ground turkey in a skillet until no longer pink.
  2. 2 Scoop out 2/3 of the turkey and stash it in the fridge for later (you’ll thank me tomorrow).
  3. 3 To the turkey left in the pan, add 1/2 packet taco seasoning + 1/4 cup water.
  4. 4 Let it simmer for 5 minutes until saucy and delicious.
  5. 5 Warm up your taco shells (usually just 3–5 mins — check the box).
  6. 6 Fill ‘em up with the turkey and top with your faves: cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, avocado… you do you. 🥑🧀🌶️
  7. 7 Devour. Then pack up any leftovers for lunch. Boom — one dinner down, two more meals to go!
