  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a Bundt pan well with nonstick baking spray.
  2. 2 Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, melted butter, lemon juice, water, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix on low for 30 seconds, then medium for 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. 3 Add in the poppyseeds durimg the last 15 seconds of mixing and mix until incorporated.
  4. 4 Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes, or until a long wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. 5 Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. 6 Dust the top generously with powdered sugar right before serving.
