  2. 2 Cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. 3 Mix in the oats, flour, salt, and baking soda.
  4. 4 Spread the mixture evenly onto a cookie sheet.
  5. 5 Bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes. With a couple minutes left, sprinkle chocolate chips over the top, then bake 2 more minutes.
  6. 6 Once the chips look shiny and melty, spread them into one smooth layer. Pop the pan in the freezer to firm up the chocolate fast.a
  7. 7 Make the frosting: whip the powdered sugar, peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla, and milk until light and fluffy.
