ingredients

  • 1 box Red Velvet cake mix
  • 1 small pkg instant-

cheesecake pudding

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • Frosting:
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar

directions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. 2 Mix all cake ingredients except the chocolate chips, on low 30 seconds, then medium 2 minutes.
  3. 3 Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. 4 Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 350°F for 40-45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. 5 Cool completely before frosting.
  6. 6 Mix frosting ingredients, beating for at least 3-5 minutes.
  7. 7 Pipe frosting using a ziplock bag or a disposable piping bag with the tip cut off.
  8. 8 PRO TIP-Let your cake sit in the pan for 5 minutes, then turn onto a wire rack, let the cake sit for 1 minute or until the steam from the hot cake has released the pan, then take pan off and cool.
