This is my Mama Millie Bundt cake method with crushed Oreos folded into the batter and the dreamiest Oreo cream cheese frosting on top.

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup finely crushed Oreos for frosting
  • Extra Oreo crumbs for topping

  1. 1 Preheat the oven according to the cake mix instructions.
  2. 2 In a bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, instant chocolate pudding mix, sour cream, melted butter, eggs, and water.
  3. 3 Mix everything together until smooth.
  4. 4 Fold in the crushed Oreos.
  5. 5 Pour the batter into a Bundt pan and bake until a skewer comes out clean.
  6. 6 Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes before turning it out onto a rack to cool completely.
  7. 7 While the cake cools, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  8. 8 Add powdered sugar and fold in finely crushed Oreos.
  9. 9 Once the cake is completely cool, spread the frosting over the top and finish with extra Oreo crumbs.
