This is my college kid’s favorite dinner—fast, healthy, and SO good! Dinner on the table in under 10 minutes with protein, carbs + veggies all in one bowl.

ingredients

  • 3 salmon filets, cubed (~1.5 lbs)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼–½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

directions

  1. 1 Dice the salmon fillets.
  2. 2 Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and honey.
  3. 3 Toss the seasoned salmon to combine.
  4. 4 Place the salmon in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. 5 Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
  6. 6 Add broccoli to the air fryer in the last few minutes to blanch.
  7. 7 Drain the noodles and broccoli.
  8. 8 Serve the salmon over the rice noodles and broccoli with your favorite sauce.
