snickerdoodle bundt cake

ingredients

• 1 box white or yellow cake mix
• 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
• 1 cup sour cream
• ½ cup butter, melted
• ½ cup water
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Frosting:
• 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
• ½ cup butter (softened)
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2½ tsp cinnamon
• 6 cups powdered sugar
• ¼–½ cup milk

directions

1. 1 Mix all cake ingredients on low 30 seconds, then medium 2 minutes.
2. 2 Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 350°F for 45–50 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
3. 3 Cool completely before frosting.
4. 4 Mix frosting ingredients — adjust milk/sugar for your preferred consistency.
5. 5 Pipe frosting using a ziplock bag to get that Nothing Bundt Cake look!
