the easiest festive treat you can make in 10 minutes and it’s always the first thing to disappear at a party.

I’ve been making versions of this snack mix for holidays for years (my Valentine’s one went crazy!) and this St. Patrick’s Day version might be my favorite yet.

ingredients

  • 12 oz box Rice Chex cereal
  • 12 oz box Corn Chex cereal
  • 1/2 bag mini pretzel snaps
  • 3 cups popcorn (popped) or 1/2 c. Unpopped popcorn
  • 1/2 box Lucky Charms cereal (family size)
  • Regular and Peanut M&M’s
  • 1-1/2 packages Vanilla Coating (aka, Almond Bark)
  • 1 package white chocolate melts
  • green food coloring
  • gold sanding sugar
  • add more or less of whatever makes you happy! Measure with your heart💚💚
  • St. Patrick’s Day Party Mix

  1. 1 In a large bowl combine Chex cereal, pretzels, popcorn, Lucky Charms marshmallows, and M&M’s peanut & regular.
  2. 2 Melt the vanilla coating (Almond Bark) pour over mix. Gently toss to coat.
  3. 3 Spread onto parchment paper and let set until chocolate hardens.
  4. 4 Melt white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  5. 5 Stir in a few drops of green food coloring until you reach your desired shade.
  6. 6 Drizzle the green chocolate over the snack mix.
  7. 7 Sprinkle with gold sanding sugar.
  8. 8 Break into clusters and serve!
  9. 9 ✨ Pro tip: Package this in clear treat bags with ribbon and it instantly becomes the cutest gift.
