  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 small pkg (3.4 oz)
  • instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips, chopped
  • Frosting:
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup salted butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar, sifted

directions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F and grease Bundt pan well
  2. 2 Whisk cake mix, pudding, and strawberry powder* together
  3. 3 to get the strawberry powder take freeze-dried strawberries and crush them until they resemble a fine powder, I did mine In a mini food processor, you will need approx, 1 ½ c. freeze dried strawberries to get ½ c. powder.
  4. 4 Add eggs, melted butter, sour cream, and water
  5. 5 Mix on low 30 seconds, then medium 2 minutes
  6. 6 Fold in white chocolate chips
  7. 7 Bake 45–50 minutes until a skewer comes out clean
  8. 8 Cool completely
  9. 9 Mix frosting ingredients, beating for at least 3-5 minutes.
  10. 10 Pipe frosting using a ziplock bag or a disposable piping bag with the tip cut off.
