ingredients

cake

  • 1 box triple chocolate cake mix
  • 1 small pkg instant dark chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

cream cheese frosting

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar

directions

  1. 1 Mix all cake ingredients (except chocolate chips) on low for 30 seconds, then increase to medium and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in the dark chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips by hand.
  2. 2 Pour batter into a well-greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  3. 3 Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a wire rack. Cool completely before frosting.
  4. 4 For the frosting: beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add vanilla, then gradually mix in powdered sugar until you reach your preferred consistency.
  5. 5 Pipe the frosting onto the cooled cake using a ziplock bag with the corner snipped — this gives you that signature Nothing Bundt Cake drizzle look!
